Public Education didn't plan for High Technology, Science and Medical Careers

       No-one has asked if corporate America uses these standard work practices. Of course most do, it is commonsense of writing down how a job should be performed that has existed for hundreds of years. But, commonsense if more uncommon than people realize.
      We have a generation of workers who grew up in divorced families where many of the children weren't taught commonsense and didn't socialize that much because they were glued to video games. The horrible things about our society is how republicans and law makers allowed our schools to deteriorate without the proper funding.
     They should never have allowed school funding to only come from property taxes. It should have been a fixed percentage of the total budget, with emphasis on 90% teachers as a policy for staff, so that our organizational structures would not be top heavy with business, paper pushing bureaucrats, rubber stamping and making policy when most of them have never taught in schools and don't understand the significance of having a heavy emphasis on teaching mainly science and technology for today's world.
      China, India, and Europeans country realized that children in school needed to be encouraged to go into medical, science, and technology fields because that is where the majority of future jobs need to be in ten years from the time the curriculum was setup. 
       Faulty standardized work instructions to the project planning in our schools systems for our society. We had too many lawyers in the 180's and 1990's resulting in everyone suing everyone else, bringing our judicial system to a crawl.
     Then we had all of Windows Vista programming outsourced to India because we didn't have enough programmers. Our health care system is backed up with not enough doctors due to the lack of medical, and science education in K-12.
      We don't have enough mechanical, electrical, civil, and chemical engineers for the same reasons. There are many jobs our in the job market but not properly trained people to fill those jobs.
Look at Online Schools --- Most of them don't have online mechanical, electrical, civil, biochemistry, bioengineering,and chemical engineers, medical degrees.
      They have quite a few programming jobs. But, no zoology, Astrophysics, Archeology, or most science based degrees can only be gotten at overpriced universities.
In 1980 it would only cost you $400 a quarter at U.C. San Diego, today it is probably over $400 a unit. Look at the student loans we all would have to pay.
     With all the bailout monies paid to various business's, Wall Street, Stock Market, Car Companies, etc. We could have every student loan in the United States which is $880 Billion paid for with this bailout monies. Imagine everyone in the United States that has the ability to get a Masters Degree getting it at no cost!!!

China to Teach your Children Mandarin!

Today, benefits and services due to "bean counters" has always been a sad state of affairs at corporations around the world. People in this country are slowly having their civil rights as guaranteed under the constitution taken away. If this continues here and around the world there will be another American Revolution. People don't want a socialist government where everyone is told what to do, and 75% of our income goes to taxes in many other countries, where taxes are so high, people can't afford even basic food, gasoline and heating oil. The rich keep getting richer and the poor are poorer than ever before in the history of this country. 40 Million children everyday don't get three meals. We decided to cop out and only allow schools to get funding through property taxes instead of the general fund. The HRM structure of many corporations need a face lift to keep up with the changing times in America. Before you know your children will all be speaking Mandarin! Oops, too late China is given millions to our schools with the stipulation of teaching our children Mandarin!
